17 Black hail from the South of England and formed back in the late summer of 1994. Originally called the Persuaders, they played their first gig on 3rd February 1995. Ten years later, they marked their Anniversary by performing at the Royal Albert Hall, to a sell out crowd of 5000, alongside some of the biggest rock stars in Britain, (including Ronnie Wood, Pete Townshend and Paul Weller.)
The band has become one of the most popular live acts on the Mod and Scootering scene and details of forthcoming gigs can be found on the Gigs page.
